Cancellation Policy

* Clients have a grace period of 10 mins, after 10 mins you will be charged a $10 LATE FEE . If you are 15 mins late your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule your appointment. * If you will like to cancel your appointment you are advised to cancel 24 hrs prior to your appointment, if canceled later than 24 hrs prior or you will be charged 20% of your service Hair is not included in any service.
